How Does it Work?
Having a stranger coming to your house to cook can feel daunting if you don't know what to expect. Here are a few step-by-step guides to show the workflow for the whole process. Just remember,

BOOKING
When you're prepared to make a reservation, please click on the "Book Now" button to initiate the booking process. This will display the availability for the next 30 days and the menu types to choose from. On the final page, you'll be prompted to input basic contact information and a 50% deposit to secure the date.

Post Booking
Depending on what you choose on the booking form, we'll either send you another form or give you a call to ask detailed questions. We are absolutely thrilled to know all about your favorite foods, any dietary, and the kind of vibe you're going for. This way, we can customize the eventing completely to your liking!

2 Days Before the Event
48 hours before the event date, be sure to pay out any outstanding balance on the invoice. 24 hours before the event, a reminder will be sent out along with instructions on the kitchen counter and refrigerator.

On the date of Event
Chef Chen will arrive 2 hours before dinner time to start prepping food and set up for the dinner. Be sure to have a clean and empty kitchen counter and leave one level of refrigerator empty.

End of Night
After the dinner service is over, Chef Chen will clean up the area and restore it like it was before.
